Throughout GNHLUG's life there's be an active voice against membership fees. The reasons voiced have been:

   * We don't need membership fees.
   * We're "more real" if we're all volunteers.
   * Money corrupts and makes people think funny.
   * It costs money to handle money.
   * We are family....do you charge your family?

In general, this has also applied to all of our <a href="/bin/view/Main/WebChapters"> Chapters</a> too.
