Many aspects of TWiki are configured by setting variables on special wiki pages.

   * TWiki.TWikiPreferences - Shipped with TWiki, provides documentation and defaults
   * Main.TWikiPreferences - Site-wide settings as we configure them, apply to all Webs, override above
   * !web.WebPreferences - Per-web settings, apply to that web only, override above
      * GNHLUG.WebPreferences
      * Org.WebPreferences
      * Main.WebPreferences
      * TWiki.WebPreferences
      * Sandbox.WebPreferences - visible only if logged in
      * Trash.WebPreferences - visible only to administrators

There are also two config files which are not exposed via web UI.  You need SSH to edit them.

   * =bin/LocalLib.cfg= - tells the scripts how to find the =lib= directory
   * =lib/LocalSite.cfg= - Main server-side config
