Many aspects of TWiki are configured by setting variables on special wiki pages.  In the following list, later pages/contexts override earlier ones (unless a particular preference has been set to be _FINAL_ at a previous level).

   * TWiki.TWikiPreferences - Shipped with TWiki, provides documentation and defaults
   * Main.TWikiPreferences - Site-wide settings as we configure them, apply to all Webs, overrides above
   * !web.WebPreferences - Per-web settings, apply to that web only, override above
      * GNHLUG.WebPreferences - GNHLUG
      * Org.WebPreferences - Org
      * Main.WebPreferences - Main
      * TWiki.WebPreferences - TWiki
      * Sandbox.WebPreferences - Sandbox - visible only if logged in
      * Trash.WebPreferences - Trash - visible only to administrators
   * User preferences - You can set preferences in your own wiki page, [[Main.%WIKINAME%][Main.%WIKINAME%]], overriding the above.

There are also two config files which are not exposed via web UI.  Only Org.ServerPeople with SSH access can edit them.  See AdminLog for a history of changes made to these.

   * =bin/LocalLib.cfg= - tells the scripts how to find the =lib= directory
   * =lib/LocalSite.cfg= - Main server-side config
