We have some custom CSS to shrink the height of top bar above every page. Since we only have a search field there, and not a logo, it does not need to be as tall.

The /static/gnhlug.css file is manually edited and uploaded, outside of TWiki, mainly because editing it using the TWiki file UI is a pain in the asterisk.

It is included into TWiki using the USERSTYLEURL variable set on the Main.TWikiPreferences page.
