- installations, and therefore has to be "formalized"
- bring recommended hardware configuration
- get some of these recommended cards
- have it all installed physically
- fill out this form
- fill out Zap2IT page
- get here (and good directions) at this time
- do install, show them how to use it (some people may never have experienced Tivo)
- take home working MythTV
- hook up, enjoy
