The following people are attending the GNHLUG.Organizational.SummerSummit2005. Notes on what occurred are in the Organizational.SummerSummit2005Notes. People should _include what they are bringing in the way of foodstuffs_! * Main.BruceDawson - supplying beef, location, and some munchies. * Main.CaroleSoule - See what Main.BruceDawson is bringing. * Main.EdLawson * Main.MadDog - buns (assuming "beef" is hamburger), cole slaw, potato salad, macaroni salad, all store-bought). Need to estimate buns...four per person? (4pp is fine - assuming most people bring a friend/partner/associate). Mustard (spicy brown and yellow), catchup, pickle slices, Guanana (you will see) * Main.MattOquist - fruit salad & cookies * Main.GuyPardoe - Drinks (beer, soda, water) * Main.RobertAnderson - chicken and broccoli casserole, homemade biscotti * Main.TedRoche - cold veggie platter & dip * Main.BillMcGonigle - due to a last minute change of plans, Bill's stopping on the way and finding whatever might seem good, and open that time of the morning. * Main.BenScott * Main.HeatherBrodeur - Fruit & dip tray * Main.MattBrodeur - tomato and cucumber salad *Who's Not?* * Main.DavidBerube * Main.RobLembree * Main.CharlieFarinella * Main.PaulLussier * Main.LloydKvam (ill) *Misc* The venue is a old largish farmhouse on the top of a hill. It has internet connectivity (wireless? asks maddog...should I bring a wiresless router?) and a projector. Bruce asks: Can someone bring a laptop? Ted answers: Have laptop, will travel. *Fireworks* Bill <NOP>McGonigle asks: Do we need fireworks? Bruce says: Fireworks cause stampedes, and since there are cattle and an expensive pregnant horse around, fireworks are not a good idea (we have enough problems with thunderstorms). Besides, it could be pretty dry, and we don't need a brush fire either! The neighboring golf course may have a fireworks display anyway - they occasionally do on weekends. Ben says: Heh heh. Fire's cool. ;-) *BonFire* Bruce says: OK. Weather permitting, we'll do a bonfire. BTW: Weather permitting means: it needs to rain. And we need a burn permit, but I think that's a cinch if there's rain.
