Throughout GNHLUG's life there's be an active voice against membership fees. The reasons voiced have been:
- We don't need membership fees.
- We're "more real" if we're all volunteers.
- Money corrupts and makes people think funny.
- It costs money to handle money.
- We are family....do you charge your family?
In general, this has also applied to all of our
Chapters too.
